  On December 1st, 2017, Ministry of Agriculture issued “Decisions about revising and abolishing some regulations and normative documents” revising 18 regulations and some provisions of 4 normative documents and abolishing 3 regulations and 36 normative documents, which should be implemented immediately.
 
  Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved and issued 691 industrial standards including “Lycium barbarum polysaccharide”
 
  On December 4th, 2017, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved and issued 691 industrial standards including “Lycium barbarum polysaccharide”, “γ-polyglutamic acid” and “Determination of 12 kinds of free amino acid in wine High-performance liquid chromatography”
 
  China Food and Drug Administration issued “Announcement about issues related to label change for product formula registration of infant and young children formula milk powder”
 
  On December 5th, 2017, China Food and Drug Administration issued “Announcement about issues related to label change for product formula registration of infant and young children formula milk powder”, expressing requirements of label change for product formula registration of infant and young children formula milk powder and clearing situations of whether application of label change was required.
 
  Letter of Ministry of Agriculture about soliciting opinions on “Announcement about stop use of olaquindox, arsanilic acid and roxarsone in food animals” (exposure draft)
 
  On December 6th, 2017, Ministry of Agriculture solicited opinions on “Announcement about stop use of olaquindox, arsanilic acid and roxarsone in food animals” (exposure draft)。 In order to guarantee animal derived food safety and public health security, Ministry of Agriculture organized to carry out risk assessment of 3 veterinary drugs including olaquindox, arsanilic acid and roxarsone, and considered that potential risks to breeding industry and human health existed in the 3 veterinary drugs mentioned above. Then Ministry of Agriculture solicited public opinions on the drugs, and opinions should be submitted before December 26th, 2017.
