On February 22, 2019, S.Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety issued Announcement No. 2019-102, which intends to amend some contents of "Advertising Restrictions and Prohibitions on High Calorie and Low Nutrition Foods and Foods Containing High Caffeine ". The main contents are as follows:

With the implementation of the‘ Laws on Labelling and Advertising of Food and Other Products ’, the quoted laws will be changed from ‘the Food Hygiene Law  ’ and ‘the Animal Products Hygiene Management Law ’ to the ‘Laws on Labelling and Advertising of Food and Other Products’.
The above opinions will be solicited until March 13, 2019.
