Low-calorie thirst-quencher Vivaris Sport is now available in 11.2oz aluminum beverage cans from Ball Packaging Europe.

Targeted at diet-conscious people with an active leisure or sport-based lifestyle, the isotonic beverage can be found in various retail stores.

Available in Grapefruit-Lemon and Grapefruit-Lemon Extra flavors, the sports drink is enriched with vitamin C, E, Niacin, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid and Folic Acid.

Vivaris Sport Grapefruit-Lemon Extra is also based on whey, therefore the can is sold in Germany without deposit.

Vivaris marketing head Marion Moormann said: "The beverage can not only offers an attractive design but also, thanks to its indestructibility, certain key benefits to our target group, namely people who are constantly on the move."

Vivaris, a subsidiary of the Berentzen Group, is specialized in the sale of fashionable alcohol-free beverages in containers. The sales territory covered by Vivaris encompasses the entire northern German region plus all the new federal states in the east.

Ball Packaging Europe, a subsidiary of Ball Corporation, employs 2,800 people at 12 sites in Germany, France, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Poland and Serbia.
