The project will also seek to increase customer satisfaction by automating the process of analyzing and communicating finished goods safety and quality results to customers and reduce labor costs and improve accuracy by eliminating manual processes.
Quantum Foods president and CEO Ed Bleka said that SafetyChain will further enhance the company's ability to prevent non-compliant supplies, ingredients and finished goods from entering or exiting our processes, all in a single, centralized system.
"The SAAS solution also means that we will benefit from all future enhancements to the suite without placing a strain on our food safety, quality and IT teams," Bleka added.
