BCI is pleased to announce that we will be demonstrating the Food Additive Database at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Food Expo, July 13-16 in Chicago.

The International Food Additive Database is freely accessible and includes over 80,000 food additive use regulations in 24 markets around the world. Users can compare maximum use levels between countries for similar food types, view relevant regulatory notes and terminology, and download results in user-friendly Excel or PDF formats.
