   Announcement of National Health and Family Planning Commission about approving 6 new varieties of food related product including 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane
 
  On March 12th, National Health and Family Planning Commission issued an announcement about approving 6 new varieties of food related product including 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Related additives were as follows: a new additive, an additive with expanded usable range or amount, 3 new varieties of resin and a resin with with expanded usable range or amount for food contact materials & articles.
 
  Announcement of Certification and Accreditation Administration about issuing green product certification mark
 
  On March 26th, 2018, Certification and Accreditation Administration issued an announcement about green product certification mark. Style of green product certification mark was confirmed including basic mark and deformation mark. Specific requirements for use of green product certification mark should be stipulated in implementation plan or certification rules by combining actual needs for construction of green product certification system
 
  Reply of China Food and Drug Administration about expiration of registered certificate during review of continued registration of health food
 
  On March 21st, 2018, China Food and Drug Administration issued a reply about expiration of registered certificate during review of continued registration of health food. For those applying for continued registration 6 months before expiration of registered certificate for health food, circumstances stipulated in Item 13 and 18 of Section 3.12.3 of “Detailed rules for examination and approval of health food registration (2016 edition)” did not exist, and before China Food and Drug Administration's decision on whether or not to approve the registration, the original registration certificate continued to be valid.
