Organics Unlimited, an organic banana grower and importer with headquarters in south San Diego County, is pleased to announce it will unveil a fresh, new look to its branding throughout the coming months, including new banana stickers, revised packaging and an updated look and messaging. The elements will roll out gradually, beginning in August.

Retailers and distributors can expect to see the new packaging in their upcoming orders of organic bananas. New stickers, with powerful messages tailored to the consumer, will appear on all fruit by September 1. Print and online ads now feature the new branding, and a new, rebranded website is forthcoming.

“Retail produce keeps moving more toward organic and sustainably grown,” said Mayra Velazquez de Leon, president of Organics Unlimited. “Consumers want to know exactly what they are eating, where their produce comes from, how it was grown and the resulting impact on the environment and communities. Organics Unlimited has always focused on a truly organic and sustainable product. We’ve been committed to these values since our founding in 2000.”

It was with this in mind that Organics Unlimited chose to revise and refresh its messaging. Organics Unlimited aligned the new banana sticker slogans with its core values while using the opportunity to talk directly to consumers, understanding the importance of sharing the company values to help engage and inform. The messages that consumers will see on the banana stickers share Organics Unlimited’s values of cultivating communities and farming in a responsible, sustainable and eco-friendly way. The Organics Unlimited team will visit multiple retail and distributor customers throughout the coming months to debut the new brand elements, including updated point-of-purchase materials and sales sheets to assist in merchandising organic bananas.
