According to the information on the website of the General Customs Administration on February 25, 2019 and the official communique of the European Union on February 21, 2019, the European Commission issued its Executive Decision (EU) 2019/300 on February 19 to formulate the Master Plan for Crisis Management in the Field of Food and Feed Safety.

The EU Master Plan for Crisis Management in the Field of Food and Feed Safety has 7 chapters and 27 articles, which belongs to the multi-year plan; and abolished Commission Resolution 2004/478/EC; the effective date is 20 days after the publication of the EU Official Gazette.
