Short-chain fructooligosaccharide, NUTRAFLORA, now can be recognized as a fiber source in food products as permitted by the Food and Drug Regulations. It has been declared a dietary fiber in the United States with its health benefits being validated in more than 200 scientific publications.
Ingredion has been marketing NUTRAFLORA prebiotic fiber as an ingredient solution that helps to improve calcium absorption, digestive and immune health for more than 25 years in North America.
