Its ginger flavours include extracts and natural varieties with a range of different flavour notes, from fresh citrus to spicy and floral, to earthy and woody.
Döhler said it has also developed beverage concepts that include its ginger flavours, such as beer mixes, adult lemonades, aqua fruit beverages, iced teas and wine mixes.
