99 Ranch Market will open a Filipino barbecue at its store here this weekend.

The barbecue, called Ranch Ihaw Ihaw, will be part of the store’s hot deli department. Meals will include grilled fish, deep fried pork and chicken with side dishes like fried noodles and rice. Customers can also order party trays.

99 Ranch Market suggests customer order from Ranch Ihaw Ihaw for their Memorial Day celebrations. The retailer notes that Filipino food contains elements of Malay, Spanish, Chinese and American cuisine.
