The work that cover the following areas: sampling of food at retail, analyses of inorganic contaminants in food, analyses of organic environmental contaminants in food, analyses of process contaminants in food, analyses of inorganic contaminants and organic environmental contaminants in food.
An organization may apply for, and be awarded, more than one of the five packages of work offered. Contracts would be agreed between the Agency and the preferred contractors for a period of four years.
These contracts would allow the Agency to 'call-off' individual projects as required, by agreeing a scope of work and pricing schedule with the appointed contractors, for each specific survey. Applications should be submitted online on 18 December 2012 by 5pm.
