Royal DSM, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, has repurchased 164,545 of its own shares in the period from 29 November 2013 up to and including 5 December 2013 at an average price of €57.17. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans, announced on 6 November 2013. The consideration of this repurchase was €9.4 million.

The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 926,598 shares for a total consideration of €54.1 million.
