A survey for consumption behavior of Taiwan's health foods shows that 37% people often take health foods, most of which is VC. And calcium tablet, xanthophyll are in the second place. People eat them for nutritional supplements, eliminating fatigue, and strengthening bone.

The data comes from a survey of 1002 people who are over 25 years old via telephone.Investigator said that Taiwanese consume 100 billion ¥ health foods each year. But only 37% Taiwanese consume health food , and 67.5% of them eat VC, and 23.8% of them eat calcium, lutein or zeaxanthin.

The first place of "Top 10 health foods" is VB. The reason to consume health foods is to supply nutrition, eliminate fatigue, strengthen bone and protect eyes.
