The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has lifted the suspension on a meat processing company that was linked to an outbreak of listeria.

CFIA said the corrective action plan submitted by Capital Packers Inc., showed the firm has adequate controls in place to meet federal food safety standards.
