ConAgra buys Unilever frozen meal businesses

ConAgra Foods, Inc. has completed its acquisition of the Bertolli and P.F. Chang’s Home Menu frozen meals business from Unilever P.L.C. for $267 million.

The acquisition was first announced on July 30 and includes the frozen meal businesses, a license for the use of the Bertolli brand name and the transfer of Unilever’s existing license with P.F. Chang’s for the use of the P.F. Chang’s Home Menu brand name.
