Gluten-free products in the line include Blackened Seafood across popular species as well as Roasted Garlic & Sea Salt Tilapia, Tequila Lime Alaska Pollock and Bacon Wrapped Seafood.

Each product has been carefully developed to combine a variety  of flavors and aspiring upscale appeal, further blurring the line between gluten-free and traditionally prepared seafood. "This is a trend driven by growing awareness of the health issue," said Margaret Malkoski, technical services director for R&D. "As a leader in value added seafood, we want to provide thoroughly safe, gluten-free products to service this expanding segment."
