SuperFresh Bumble Bee SuperFresh line features premium seafood that is cleaned, cut and flash frozen within hours, then flavored with sauces and seasonings. Varieties include spicy shrimp Romesco, lemon shrimp with garlic and herbs, salmon with garden pesto, salmon with garlicky black pepper and extra virgin olive oil, tilapia with garlic and extra virgin olive oil and tilapia with lemon, pepper and herbs. Each fillet includes baking parchment to seal in flavor and juices, and the shrimp products are packaged with seasoning medallions.

“Our research confirmed that consumers are looking for high-quality seafood that tastes fresh and delicious,” said Suzanne Stites, general manager of Bumble Bee Frozen Foods. “There is also a strong demand for a clean label and absolutely no preservatives and gluten-free. And, the preparation must not only be easy, but foolproof time after time.”

The line is available at Northeast retailers with plans for a national rollout for a suggested retail price of $8.99 to $9.99.
