Kuwait has halted all foodstuff imports from Iraq, after reports of cholera in Basra and other parts of the country seemed to come more frequently.

Fears, sparked by a recent cholera outbreak, have led to a significant decline in consumer demand for fruits and vegetables from Algeria.
