Curt Jones, Founder and CEO of Dippin' Dots, LLC will be on site to celebrate the grand opening of Dippin' Dots in Green Acres Mall on Saturday, October 26 from noon to 3:00 p.m. Grand opening events include free Dippin' Dots, ice cream eating contests and door prizes, as well as a meet and greet with Jones.
Green Acres Mall is the ninth Dippin' Dots location for franchise owner Syed Ali Mehdi. The location offers more than a dozen flavors of Dippin' Dots Ice Cream, Ice, Sherbet and Yogurt products. In addition, the location will serve Dippin' Dots Floats, Sundaes, Lots of Layers and Solar Freeze® granita parfaits.
Dippin' Dots are tiny, flash frozen beads of ice cream, yogurt, sherbet and flavored ice. Invented in 1988 by microbiologist and entrepreneur Curt Jones, Dippin' Dots offers more than thirty different flavors, plus seasonal flavors. The company's administrative and production headquarters are located in Paducah, Kentucky. Dippin' Dots are sold in more than 130 retail locations and thousands of entertainment venues and special events nationwide. The company's International division oversees licensees in a dozen countries.
