PizzaExpr pizzaess is unveiling its new At Home range of 12” thin and crispy pizzas, bringing them closer than ever before to the pizzas enjoyed in its restaurants.

Created by Master Pizzaiolo, Antenor Siqueira, using PizzaExpress’ original recipes, the new and improved bases are bigger, thinner and crispier – just like the best-selling Romana pizzas dished up in PizzaExpress’ restaurants.

There are two new stone-baked pizzas as well as four improved recipes.

New Giardiniera pizza is a vegetarian option with artichoke-hearts, basil pesto, closed-cup mushrooms, Santos tomatoes, Italian passata, black olives, mozzarella, oregano and black pepper.

New Diavolo is back by popular demand, and the restaurant version has a cult following.

A hot pizza, the Diavolo is topped with spiced beef, smoky pepperoni, mozzarella, passata, green peppers and roquito peppers.

Antenor said: “It was really important to me that the pizzas our customers enjoy at home are of the highest possible standard and reflect the same flavours enjoyed in our restaurants.

“The Greci family in Italy has been making our distinctive passata sauces for several decades and you can’t beat it, which is why we’ve used it on our At Home pizzas.

“Its details like this that make the difference between good pizza and beautiful pizza you’d be proud to serve.”

PizzaExpress’ new Romana range of At Home pizzas are available in all good supermarkets from 9 September. RSP £4.50.

PizzaExpress is also re-launching its Classic 9” and 12” pizzas.

At Home 9” Classics (RSP £4.50) are sold in most leading supermarkets and come with the following toppings:
· Margherita – now with more creamy mozzarella
· American and American Hot – now with even tastier smoky pepperoni
· Sloppy Giuseppe
· Pollo Pesto

At Home 12” Classics (RSP £6.00) are sold in Tesco and come in two varieties:

· Margherita – now with more creamy mozzarella
· American
