The new pan cakes include Strawberry Banana Cream Pie Pancakes, Raspberry Peach Pancakes and Blueberry Cannoli Pancakes.
IHOP has also introduced new lemonade varieties to pair up with pancakes, including Iced Tea Lemonade, Orange Tangerine Iced Tea Lemonade and Cherry Blackberry Lemonade.
In addition, IHOP has unveiled new salads such as Citrus Chicken Pecan Salad, Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad, Honey-Lime Chicken Salad, as well as three new sandwiches, comprising Spicy Chicken Ranch Sandwich, Turkey Berry Melt and Southwestern Club.
International House of Pancakes marketing senior vice president Natalia Franco said the signature pancakes are always a guest favorite.
"These new signature pancakes -- and our iced tea and lemonades -- take full advantage of these flavors to create the perfect special offerings for this season," Franco added.
