On May 24, 2013, Korea published a notice containing various standards and specifications for foods and food additives. This update was announced on Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) website, and the document is only available in Korean.

Korea’s food additive use regulations are included in the International Food Additive Database.
