The project is located on the eastern side of the village Zhangjiacun Wangdu. The overall surface of the project is 28 hectares. The project will be constructed in two phases and the total investment is 2.35 billion Yuan. The construction includes a cold storage warehouse, a sorting area, a primary processing area and a freezing area. The project will also have an area for the purchase of cold storage equipment, distribution centre equipment, testing equipment, logistics vehicles and other advanced equipment.
The project will be in operation by 2017. After the cold chain distribution project is completed, it will become a modern multi-functional platform for information exchange, distribution, storage and service for northern China.
