Eurofins Scientific (EUFI.PA) has acquired a 92.5% majority stake in a Finnish food safety testing firm.

Viljavuuspalvelu Oy offers food and water testing services as well as agro and feed testing.

The firm operates the largest single-site independent agro soil testing laboratory in Finland.
