Beihai City, in Guangxi Province, held the official opening ceremony for the investment promotion of the Beihai International Agricultural Refrigerated Supply Chain in Beihai Industrial Park on the morning of October 29th, 2018.
 
The Beihai International Agricultural Refrigerated Supply Chain project occupies an area of 58 hectares. The project investment reached 20 million yuan [2.89 million USD]. The project integrates various aspects of the agricultural refrigerated supply chain, such as storage, distribution, trade, and supply chain services for marine products, frozen products, fruit and vegetables, cereal and oil, and dried foodstuffs. The project will be carried out in two stages. The first stage is expected to be in operation by October 2019, and the second stage is planned for 2021.
