On 8, May, due to the recent rainfall, the supply of small chillis from Henan was limited and the price went up slightly with the turnover volume reaching 95%. Chillis from the cold storage warehouses in Shandong had a small inventory turnover and slow sales, but the prices were stable despite the slow sales.

In Linfen, Shanxi, there are still large amounts of Sanying chillis, so purchasers need to order based on their needs and the overall turnover is slow but the sales volume is stable. The supply in other production areas is approaching the end. In the meantime, the sales volume in the cultivation areas of large chillis is relatively low. Purchasers should place orders according to their needs as the market demand is not high and the prices are stable but slightly weak.
