It is reported that on March 13, beef produced by Astana Agricultural Products Company in Akmora, Kazakhstan, has recently been exported to Iran, realizing the first export of Kazakh meat products to Iran.

Astana Agricultural Products Corporation is one of the largest agro-processing enterprises in Akmora. In order to implement Kazakhstan President's meats production and development plan, in recent years, the company has introduced advanced technology and equipment, and has entered Russian market since 2014. Recently, the company signed a contract with Iran to supply 700 tons of beef in four months. The first 60 tons have been shipped, and it is expected to further expand trade in the future. In addition, the company is currently being examined by China's inspection and quarantine authorities and is expected to export meat products to China in the future.
