No confirmed reports of injury have been received to date.The recalled product is 35 ounce/2 pound 3 ounce frozen plastic packages containing “On-Cor Chicken Patties Microwaveable” with Best by Date 8/5/2017. The product has the establishment number “P-5615” inside the USDA mark of inspection. They were shipped to retail locations in Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
