General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 33 of 2019 (Announcement on Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Importing Uruguay Barley)
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol on Plant Quarantine Requirements for Importing Uruguay Barley into China by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Animal Husbandry, Agriculture and Fisheries of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, the Requirements for Importing Uruguay Barley Plant Quarantine are now published, and Uruguay barly that meets the above requirements is pemitted to import.

This announcement shall be implemented from the date of its promulgation.
