Two companies from Mendoza worked together to export 8 containers of garlic to Taiwan.

This export was achieved thanks to the work and coordination of ProMendoza and Tzu Ying (resident in Mendoza) with the parties involved, which made it possible for the Vete SA and Laspiur y Cía SA companies to send their products abroad.

The garlic from Mendoza was shipped out last week and this week.

The broker Tzu Ying expects they can close new businesses in January. However, he acknowledged that sales this year have been lower than he expected because the harvest in Taiwan had been good and because they had bought much garlic from Spain.

This is the result of more than two months work, which includes sending more containers during the next week.
