Lactalis Nestlé launches a new range of high protein dairy in the UK specifically designed for regular and hard-core gym enthusiasts. Lindahls PRO delivers a unique 50:50 mix of whey protein and casein protein, which may help to maintain the delicate balance between protein synthesis and the prevention of protein breakdown in the body. Lindahls PRO is available in two flavored pots and two ready-to-drink bottles.

Bringing together the nutritional benefits of protein shakes in a ready-to-go format, the handy pots and drinks are the perfect snack for the gym bag, to keep in the office fridge or to stock up at home, according to Lactalis Nestlé.

“We are excited to be extending our range in the UK with new Lindahls Pro. We are committed to providing great tasting, high protein dairy for active people and are confident that this new innovative range, with its unique 50:50 mix of whey and casein, will be a hit with consumers,” says Paul Wiseman, Marketing Manager at Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy.

Each Nestlé Lindahls PRO pot –– available in Strawberry & Lime Pie and Lemon Cheesecake flavors –– has a soft and creamy texture, is fatfree, low in sugar and consists of 18g of protein. The Nestlé Lindahls PRO drinks (available in Raspberry & Vanilla or Tropical) are low in fat and high in protein (23g in each serving). Available in Asda from July 2020, RRP £1.25 (US$1.55).

In March 2018, Nestlé Lindahls Kvarg range launched in UK supermarkets. High protein yogurt and quark have become increasingly popular for the health-minded consumer, with sales increasing 22 percent (Year on Year), and nearly half of 18-34-year olds in the UK adopting a healthier diet, the company said at the time. Nestlé’s Lindahls Kvarg range include Nestlé Lindahls Kvarg Single Pots, Nestlé Lindahls Kvarg Natural and Nestlé Lindahls Kvarg Drinks.
