Inabata has announced Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K) sweetener as a Kosher for Passover grade product that the company says has a broad ability to produce Kosher for Passover calorie-reduced foods and beverages. The product should, said Inabata, be of keen interest to producers in Israel to service the demands of pre-passover production.

Established in 1890 and operating from more than 60 locations, with true global presence, INABATA describes itself as an innovative trading company active in the food and beverage field and providing products to meet the demands of this growing market.

The company will be showcasing its latest product at Fi Europe (19-21 November, Frankfurt).
