Blue Moose of Boulder, one of Colorado's leading all natural hummus, spreads and salsa makers, is proud to announce the introduction of new products and upgraded packaging.

Family owned and operated, Blue Moose is known for their all natural, hand crafted hummus, dips, spreads and salsas.

"By seeking out and using only the freshest, all natural ingredients, and producing in small batches, we are able to deliver incredible flavors made specifically with the tastes of Colorado in mind," states Bert Sartori - Blue Moose General Manager. "We are driven by an independent spirit and inspired by a city with a taste for fun, and a passion for great food."

"We are excited to introduce our new MontAmore® & Roasted Red Pepper Spread," says Chef Bill Libby.

"We start by blending MontAmore cheese, a Sartori original, which provides a creamy tanginess with sweet roasted red pepper and earthy artichokes. Then we finish it with a touch of cream cheese to make this all-in-one spread impossible to resist. I find it to be the perfect spread to add depth to a sandwich or to top a bruschetta."

Blue Moose has completely overhauled the way the products are shared with the customer. They invested in new packaging equipment, which enables a much improved airtight container with a freshness seal to ensure that consumers are getting the best quality all-natural, preservative-free product possible.

The new packaging graphics feature a new slant on the moose logo. In line with the outdoorsy and active Boulder area, the new Blue Moose is depicted in three distinct activities to distinguish the product lines.
