Ingredion also offers a range of texturizing systems to replace up to 30% of the ingredients.
The calculator requires the volume of vegetable oil used per year, cost of oil per pound, and the target percentage of oil replacement. Ingredion technical experts suggest their PRECISA® Cling texturizing systems, which delivers the viscosity, cling and suspension needed to help replace vegetable solids and oils, while achieving texture targets in soups, sauces and dressings.
