US-based Candy maker Jelly Belly has added Tabasco Jelly Belly jelly beans to its menu which was sourced from the 140-year old recipe made by McIlhenny Company of Louisiana.

The new menu item is an iconic sauce with the pungent taste of red peppers, Avery Island salt and distilled vinegar, coupled with sweetness.

The Tabasco Jelly Belly jelly beans can be ordered online from Jelly Belly's official website and the product will be out for sale in candy stores, gourmet foods and other major retailers very soon.

Jelly Belly beans are fat free, peanut free, dairy free, vegetarian, gluten free and OU kosher certified, the company said.

The company's other products include gumballs, gummies and sour candies in Jelly Belly flavors. The Jelly Belly Candy Company makes Jelly Belly jelly beans in 50 different flavors.
