With the highest process tolerance available in a functional native starch, the series enables food manufacturers to create a wider range of appealing, natural and additive-free products, including dressings, yogurts, UHT-processed soups and frozen meals.
The new product line extends Ingredion’s leadership in clean label innovation. Debuting with NOVATION Endura 0100 starch, the series maintains desired product texture under high heat and shear and delivers excellent stability during shelf life, including chilled and frozen storage. The clean flavor profile requires no masking, even in delicately flavored products.
With NOVATION Endura 0100 starch, manufacturers can get both a clean label and great textures in their most challenging applications, such as a glossy rich creaminess in spoonable dressings, yogurts and dairy desserts, and a hearty thickness in soups and sauces.
NOVATION Endura 0100 starch may appear on ingredient lists simply as “starch" or “corn starch." NOVATION Endura is the latest addition to a portfolio of more than 35 clean label starches, from instant and cook-up to organic varieties.
