Renfro Foods has begun the new year with an all-natural switch and a pair of new products in its stable. The original Mrs. Renfro’s Nacho Cheese Sauce has been reformulated to feature all-natural ingredients, while the company has added two new nacho cheese products: Mrs. Renfro’s Chipotle Nacho Cheese Sauce and Mrs. Renfro’s Ghost Pepper Nacho Cheese Sauce.

The company notes consumer interest in spicier and hotter foods compelled the addition of the new varieties. In fact, Renfro Foods opted to feature different pepper varieties, rather than simply adding more jalapenos. Chipotle Nacho Cheese Sauce blends cheese sauce with smoky chipotle peppers, while consumers with a bolder palate might opt for the ghost pepper chiles in Mrs. Renfro’s Ghost Pepper Nacho Cheese Sauce. All are expected to be on store shelves nationwide by spring.
