Dr. Paul Lohmann’s LomaSalt RS 50 Extra is a premium salt replacer that meets the highest demands in taste and sensoric authenticity.

LomaSalt RS 50 Extra is a 50%-sodium-reduced product variant of the LomaSalt series. The product contains exclusively mineral ingredients and tastes familiarly salty.

LomaSalt RS 50 Extra does not contain any anti-caking agents or other technical additives. It is particularly suitable for the use in bread, pastries or ready-to-use baking mixtures. Internally conducted tests showed bread which has been baked with LomaSalt RS 50 Extra tastes pleasant and familiar.
