Mizkan introduces its all-natural Bourbon Reductions adding rich, high-quality barrel-aged flavor to sauces, entrées, marinades, dressings and food base varieties, while saving manufacturers time and costs of creating bourbon reductions on-site.

The company's bourbon reductions, made by replicating the long-time alcohol reduction technique that includes careful control of time, temperature and shear to ensure product consistency, are salt-free and alcohol-free products. They are versatile in formulating recipes and easy to use in the manufacturing formulating process.

The reductions are available in sweetened and unsweetened versions in either 5-gallon or 55-gallon pails that are shelf stable for one year with refrigeration. Sweetened versions work well for dessert applications, while unsweetened versions are great for sauces, entrées, dressings, marinades, dips, food bases and more.
