Quinoasure can be used as an ingredient in foods, beverages, dietary supplements and meal replacements. It is available in different textures, including conventional and organic form, reports the foodbusinessnews.net.
Quinoasure is free from additives, flavorings, dyes, sugars or preservatives, gluten, lactose and soy. According to the Novel Ingredient Services, it is odorless, virtually tasteless and has better mouthfeel than quinoa grain.
The Quinoasure is developed and manufactured by Factoria Quinoa, by using its proprietary technology. It is produced using a Fair Trade model. Conventional Quinoasure is sourced from the Andes, while Organic Quinoasure is made from organically certified Bolivian quinoa seeds.
Novel Ingredient president Bob Green was quoted by the site as saying that the Quinoasure can be used in a wide range of nutritional supplements and meal replacements due to its water soluble nature.
Novel Ingredient will also distribute Quinoasure in Canada and Mexico.
