McCormick is introducing a premium steak sauce line -- a first-ever for the brand -- featuring the signature Grill Mates Montreal Steak flavor.Available in two varieties, Montreal Steak and Smoky Montreal Steak, the Grill Mates Steak Sauces provide a new way for people to enjoy the flavor they already know, combining a rub and a sauce in one with a unique blend of all-natural herbs and spices. Used as a marinade or at the table, these new sauces enhance meat's rich, savory flavor and deliver the great taste grillers expect from Grill Mates.
"Our new Grill Mates Steak Sauces incorporate the bold flavor of our iconic Montreal Steak seasoning to ensure your steaks taste better than ever," said chef Kevan Vetter, McCormick executive chef. "Try brushing on the sauce during grilling to boost the flavor or use as a dipping sauce to complement any grilled food."
The Montreal Steak variety contains coarsely ground black pepper, red pepper, dill and coriander, while Smoky Montreal adds a "just off the grill" smokiness to the classic Montreal taste. Like all Grill Mates products, the sauces contain no artificial colors, preservatives or high fructose corn syrup.
The new Grill Mates Steak Sauces are available in the condiment aisles of grocery stores and mass-merchandisers nationwide.
