The coloration product line offers an assortment of carotenoids from natural-sourced CaroCare® produced through fermentation to natural-identical beta-carotene, canthaxanthin and apocarotenol offered in a variety of forms and delivery systems. These can be used alone or mixed to reproduce numerous color tones and shades.
The carotenoids are manufactured to high quality standards and are certified by DSM's Quality for Life™ seal. The carotenoids are also produced under GMP conditions, are safe and regulated as GRAS for fortification. They are stable to heat, light and pH and deliver nutritional advantages while providing a clean label for products. DSM will feature natural colored ice-creams, baked goods, margarine, dairy, confectionery and colored liquid concentrates at the expo to showcase its range of colors.
