UK-based Abbey Logistics has renewed its contract with food manufacturer ADM International Sarl for the distribution of refined oils and fats across the UK.

The contract includes transportation of refined oils and fats from sites in Purfleet and Erith.

The logistics company said that the latest contract renewal will allow it to retain its position as the largest independent liquid food logistics Company in the country as well as within the refined oils and fats sector.

Abbey Commercial Director Dave Coulson said, "ADM International and Abbey Logistics Group have big plans for growth in the coming years and both companies look forward to enjoying this growth together."

Abbey has been providing logistics services to ADM for 20 years.

ADM is involved in the production of ingredients for food, animal feed, nutrition, and cosmetic industries.
