The new Egg White Delight McMuffin breakfast sandwich is made on the grill with 100% egg whites, extra lean Canadian bacon and white cheddar served on a new muffin made with 8g of whole grain.
Commenting on the launch McDonald's USA Culinary Innovation executive chef and senior director Dan Coudreaut said that the egg whites are freshly grilled and paired with white cheddar for the perfect flavor combination.
The new Egg White Delight McMuffin, priced at $2.69, is available in restaurants across the nation.
McDonald's is now offering breakfast sandwiches with egg whites and white cheddar, including: Egg McMuffin; Sausage McMuffin with Egg; Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit; Sausage Biscuit with Egg; Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddles; Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles and Bacon; Egg & Cheese Bagel.
Currently, McDonald's operates around 34,480 restaurants across 119 nations.
