The Dollar Menu & More features about 15 new offerings, including BBQ Ranch Burger, Buffalo Ranch McChicken, Bacon McDouble, Bacon Cheddar McChicken and Bacon Buffalo Ranch McChicken, as well as 20-piece Chicken McNuggets.
McDonald's BBQ Ranch Burger is made with 100% beef and topped with mild BBQ ranch sauce, chili lime tortilla strips and white cheddar; Buffalo Ranch McChicken is a combination of seasoned crispy chicken with spicy buffalo and buttermilk ranch sauce, topped with lettuce; and Bacon McDouble features 100% beef and topped with Applewood-smoked bacon, American Cheese, dill pickles and onions.
Meanwhile, the Bacon Cheddar McChicken features seasoned crispy chicken and Applewood-smoked bacon and white cheddar, topped with lettuce and mayonnaise; and Bacon Buffalo Ranch McChicken is made with seasoned crispy chicken with spicy buffalo and buttermilk ranch sauce, topped with Applewood-smoked bacon and lettuce.
The Greater Philadelphia restaurants will also serve McChicken, Grilled Onion Cheddar Burger, Side Salad, Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait and large Sweet Tea.
Currently, McDonald's operates 34,480 restaurants across 119 countries. It offers food items, soft drinks, coffee, and other beverages, as well as breakfast menus.
