The Board of Directors of Ingredion Incorporated today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share on the Company's common stock, which is an increase of 11 percent compared to the previous quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share. The dividend is payable on January 27, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2013.

"We are pleased to announce our fourth dividend increase in the past several years, reflecting our strong cash flow and our commitment to appropriately returning capital to our shareholders," said Ilene S. Gordon, Chairman and CEO.
