The products are being withdrawn as they contain diced onions, which are subject to a recall by the FDA due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

The product subject to recall areKen's Tartar Sauce ,Dickey's BBQ Bean , Golden Corral Tartar , Lee's Cole Slaw , and Fatz Tartar Sauce .

These products were sold in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.

No other Ken's products are affected in the recall. Till date, there have been no reported reactions associated with the consumption of these products.

Ken's Foods notified its distribution centers, private label customers and brokers to request immediate withdrawal of potentially affected items included in the recall.
