A new installation to treat Lychee has been recently installed in Vietnam. The machine brings a new technique in treating Lychees without the use of Sulfur.

“The existing method to keep the fruit skin Red is using Sulfur, which is not healthy for humans and the environment. With our technology, there is no need to use Sulfur anymore,” explains Avner Galili from Juran. “With the Sulfur Free technology that Juran presents, the skin of the fruit keeps the red color for up to 4-5 weeks!”

“Our technology has mainly health advantages to humans and the environment,” he concludes. The company placed the technology in other countries, like Israel and Thailand.
