Corner Bakery Cafe's purchasing and supply chain department will utilize OnDemand to strengthen its supply chain management practices and efficiency. The restaurant chain will use the following OnDemand components: Spend Management, Inventory and Promotions Management, Contract Management, and Supply Chain Analytics.
ArrowStream noted that Corner Bakery Cafe will benefit from OnDemand's extensive functionality including streamlined contract and pricing administration processes; and improved demand planning and limited-time offer (LTO) management; and increased profitability through contract compliance auditing and recovery.
The restaurant chain will also benefit from increased customer satisfaction and retention by minimizing stock outs through detailed nightly reporting of inventory levels of all goods throughout the distribution network.
